Those that created the tower. All powerful, humanoid entities. Their sheer power disturbs the delicate balance of a universe's ecosystem. After Earth's collapse and other failed experiments, they chose to destroy themselves and disperse their essence throughout the tower.

Remnants of the Old Gods can can be experienced as Enigmas. An Enigma is a shell of an Old God's self, nothing more than lived experience expressed as a pattern of essence. They exist outside of the tower, in between atoms, and all inbetweenly non-present spaces. They have no real power and remain simply to experience, or slumber.
